I'm on Buy.com's email list, and today's email included a one-terabyte external hard drive for less than $100 (after a rebate, it was $80), which somehow seemed insane. Then I considered I regularly carry a flash memory card with 20 times the storage space of my family's first computer... in the third pocket of my jeans. I can't wait to see what things look like in another 20 years.
